Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Kalyan / Miraroad / Andheri

CTC: Upto 18Lac

JOB PROFILE:

End-to-endownership for BMP (branch managers) ,MP &AP performance

1. Owns the budgets for the location

2. Has a self-goal sheet to Lead by Example and have adequate SOC

3. Networks continuously to get good team of Advisors/ partners and Distributorsfrom Market

4. Ensure Advisors/ partners and Distributors incomes in location exceed benchmarks

5. Coach BMPs, MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth

6. Contact APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them

7. Works closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs

8. Propagates the career option amongst the LAs in the branch

9. Owns the Rookie AP induction and development program

10. Arrange/attendoutdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment, awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.

11. Grow the representation of advisors and BAs from his location on Conventions, MDRT, andR&R etc.

12. Ensure the desired product mix of the Branch

13. Deal with and escalate compliance issues
