You will be responsible for full lifecycle an eSIM tenant establishment, (planning the cloud capacity, building including connectivity, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of the targets)
You will be responsible for Team and People management (professional and personal care aspects)
You will lead the team to resolve technical challenges, build technical competency to meet the needs of the team
You will promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes through out-of-the-box thinking
You will manage multiple interfaces (internal and external), relationships and communication to ensure environment delivery and maintenance
All you need is
3.5 - 5.5 years of experience in managing technical teams
Deep understanding of Cloud Operation including cloud operating models and Cloud Operation practices
Hands-on experience in the deployment and operation of various services in Azure, including SaaS setup, task automation, DevOps.
SaaS operations - Integration, cost control, SLA/ vendor/business process mgmt.,)
