- Good communication skills & MS Office - Minimum of 6 months of exp in recruitment. - Who take risks and try out new ideas - Who is a long-term player and understand that in the long run success will follow. - Who believes success comes slowly and steadily and not overnight. - - Handling full cycle of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals. - Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills. - Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database. - Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consistently following up with candidates. - Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. - Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. - Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. - Keep your candidates in the loop. Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in Technical recruitment with good communication. Should have excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
