Skills :
1. Performs daily site inspection in certain locations to ensure established safety and
cleanliness standards are met;
2. Plans and coordinates with the Supervisor regarding some work related issues;
3. Reports daily to the Cleaning Site In-charge regarding project-related issues and
concerns;
4. Supervise a team of Supervisor & cleaners ensuring they know their duties and carry
out their work in accordance with country and/or local procedures and practices and
health & Safety regulations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene are
maintained;
5. Provide a comprehensive training including dusting, vacuuming, washing floors,
emptying bins, cleaning toilets, etc. to ensure high standards of cleanliness and
hygiene at all times;
6. Check work carried out per locations to ensure a high standard of work is undertaken
and maintained;
7. Assist the Site In charge and building facilities in leading the housekeeping team;
8. Ensure that all areas are clean according to preferred standards, and supervise the
daily tasks of the housekeepers / house person;
9. Responsible for supervising the turndown attendants, conducting monthly
inventories, and assisting the Site In charge with additional projects;
10. Able to organize own others workloads in order to achieved the job outcomes;
11. Inspects all the materials, machineries, chemicals needed for the location;
12. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately
and in a timely manner.
