Greetings from Sutherland!!


We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with products and services queries for our Chennai-Perungalathur Site.


Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.



The roles and responsibilities of a customer service representative


  • Five days of working in the week with two days rotational off.
  • Shift hours, predominantly night shifts.
  • Your job will be based out in New Perungalathur location with Work From Home in the initial stage or until we get completely recovered from COVID19.
  • Free transportation will be provided in case you are being called for Work at office with night shift window.
  • Take ownership of customer issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
  • Document knowledge in the form of solution articles
  • Master the use of a helpdesk software.

All of the above tasks can be made easier only if you get familiarized with customer
support software. As a CSR agent, you should be able to quickly pick up the functionalities
of the helpdesk and resolve customer problems in a more streamlined manner.




Desired Candidate Profile



Any fresher graduate or Post Graduate or even experienced candidates from any international BPO/ITES background can apply.


To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator whos able to earn our clients trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.


Communication skills, You should be pleasant and empathetic while Youre interacting with customers.


Ability to multitask, a support rep must be able to multitask seamlessly between tasks like handling high priority tickets, documenting solution articles, and preparing notes for meetings/events.


Ability to honor deadlines, Being the face of your company, your support should be able to honor the companys SLAs and ensure all assigned tickets are resolved well within the deadline.


Flexible for rotational shift, having known the work nature you should be comfortable doing night /US shift.


Immediate joiners are given more preferences.


You should be convenient with both Work from home and at office.
