Hiring for Area manager for Light Commercial Vehicle and HCV in West Region

Location: Mumbai ,Aurangabad, Latur ,Nanded,Solapur

Role: Area Business Manager(New/Used)

The State Business Manager (LCV/HCV)will be responsible for building and managing sales and collection team as well as strategizing and executing all Sales and collection related activities for the organization in the assigned region.

We expect our AREA BUSINESS MANAGER to act like owners and take full responsibility of meeting and exceeding organizational business objectives and contribute to our organizations success in the long run.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Collection Strategy, Planning.

Preparing region/ territory level sales plans aligned to organization goals & objectives
Building necessary infrastructure and processes for effective team performance
Working closely with the team and jointly evolve the micro execution plan
Managing & developing quality Sales pipeline & teams to meet sales targets.
Constantly guiding the sales team on their target achievement.

Identify hiring needs, selecting, train and retain top talent.

Experience: 7-14 Years in Vehicle loans

Salary: negotiable
