We are pleased to inform you about the opening in Noida with the No.1 employer in India, HCL Technologies for the profile of Collection Specialist/Collection Expert for International Voice Process. Process: International Collection Process Shift:- Australian Shifts (Early Morning Shifts)

Job Description :-

Roles & Responsibilities:-

*Responsible for deliverables of single or multiple LOBs.
*Responsible for all the outbound, I/B calls and Emails,100% calls should be tracked.
*Quick learner and knowledge of all the products.
*Identify, Develop & implement continuous improvement program to increase productivity, product knowledge,efficiency and best Quality.
*100 % Attendance and number of Information Security Incidents should be Zero .
*To maintain accuracy and sanctity of data. Qualification Required:-

*Any UG/Any graduates are welcome.
*Min. 6 months of exp. is required in 1st or 3rd party international collections process.
*1st party or 3rd party International collection experience preferable.

Skills Required:-

*1st party or 3rd party collection experience required.
*Knowledge of Computer Peripherals/Operating System & MS-Excel.
*Persuasion and convincing skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction.
*Should be able to work and co-ordinate in a Team.
