Job Description

Context Role:

The Job Holder ascertains user needs and system requirements in order to design, monitor, and maintain computer networks. He/She may begin by gathering data on systems, routers, and other hardware

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrating New Branches or Third-Party Networks with PNB MetLife Network as per requirementsResponsible for complete Data Centre management in Bangalore DC & Mumbai DR
• Responsible to keep services & servers uptime by 99.99%
• Management of AD & Email systems, provisioning/deprovisioning user Ids, shared mailboxes, distribution list
• Ensuring all hardening parameters are followed for Windows/Linux/AIX etc.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Might be able to provide White glove service to the top Management if needed.Overall experience of 5- 7 years in Network and Network Security Domain. Similar work experience in handling IT support for Corporate offices.
• Ability to understand the problem and provide solution.
• Required experience in Service Delivery & IT support.

Knowledge and skills required :

Technical knowledge:

• • Good to have Microsoft certification / Basic knowledge on Linux Admin
  • Good to have Cisco CCNP Certification.
  • Should have worked in ITIL environment & have ITIL
  • Work experience in Windows server and .Desktop operations.
  • Hardware knowledge about Tablets/ Desktops/Laptops & Wintel Servers and basic network is a must.
  • Knowledge about the basic OS, MS office, MS project, and other desktop /laptop based software solutions

• Other skills

  Very Good communication skills in English, Hindi

  A thorough understanding of IT support in Insurance domain.

  Good interpersonal skills.

  A customer centric approach.

  Willing to undertake tours as per job requirement.
