We are expanding our team and currently hiring for HR Recruiters and a Team Leader for our own organization.

Designation open:- Jnr Recruiter, Snr Recruiter and Team Leader - Recruitment.

Salary Budget :- For Recruiters and Team Leaders depends on interview and last Net take home.

Experience:- Minimum 9 months of experience into core recruitment.

Location:- Sion (Chunabhatti) 

Job Description:-

For Jnr. Recruiters and Snr. Recruiters.:-
1. End to end Recruitment (Screening, Sourcing, shortlisting, Interviewing, Selection, Joining, Retention)
2. Exclusive usage of portals like Shine.com, Naukri.com and other social media postings on Facebook, LinkedIn and referral hiring's.
3. Optimum data utility for the sourced CVs.
4. Must be able to work on MS Excel and good knowledge of MS office.
5. Target oriented.

For Team Leader - Recruitment
1. End to end Recruitment (Screening, Sourcing, shortlisting, Interviewing, Selection, Joining, Retention)
2. Team handling in terms of weekly - monthly Target and proper guidance to the Recruiters.
3. Client management in terms of regular feedbacks, CVs forwarding and new requirements with the existing clients.
4. Manage the social media accounts and keep a regular track of database.
5. Monitoring the team and regular updates to the management in terms of individual performance, team performance and client reports.
6. Client empaneling reference will be added advantage.
