JOB REQUIREMENT:

We are looking for US Staffing Professional with 4+ years experience
Successful track-record for recruiting for IT positions
Source, Screen and Submit relevant skilled candidates from job boards like PAID: Monster, CareerBuilder (CB), Dice, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Ladders, LinkedIn FREE: LinkedIn, Google, X-Ray Search etc
Expertise in US Tax term like W2.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations.
High ability of understanding the job description from the client and recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description.
Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in our customer requirements.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
