Job Description

Experience: 13+ years
Responsible for store opening and closing based on the shift
Conduct daily briefing, weekly meeting and weekly briefings at Store
Develop a strategy for implementation of Manpower Plan
Recruitment of Sales Associate / Housekeeping / Baggage Handler
Conducting On the Job Training (OJT) for Store Staff
Analysis and Study various report, conduct floor walks
Ensure preventive assessments and maintains
Understands operations and develops action plans
Prepare and conduct stock takes for store
Identify and discuss opportunity for better space/inventory management
Interacts with functions/departments for smooth store operations
