Job Description

Minimum 5+ years
Involve in the planning and drawing of the design, as well as overseeing its construction. Take into consideration the environmental and economic needs.
Responsible for Drafting Plan, Designing, Planning Developing Architectural Plan.
Ensure that design must be economically effective, but meeting all the requirements and Ensure those statutory approvals, planning permission for the design, building regulations approval -and monitoring construction.
Ensure timely delivery of architectural designs.
Establish the Design Repository and Metadata Repository for integrating all aspects of the Survey external emerging developments, and evangelizes new technologies, standards and methodologies that will have a positive impact on the company's bottom-line and quality of Review of Architecture interiors at different stages of constructions.
Responsible for Reviewing the inputs for special drawings.
Attend Periodic Site Visits to resolve design issues.
Periodic Project Reviews to ensure that there is no deviation.
Coordinate with the other architects on issues dealing with the quality flaws of the existing standards, especially security, session state and long-running transactions.
Responsible for any other tasks assigned to them.
Good in Creative innovative skills
Excellent Knowledge in 2D auto Cad Designing, AutoCAD, 3DS MAX.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong people management and teamwork skills
