Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Implement and improve sourcing strategies in ways that lead to measurable results in recruiting metrics (e.g., response rates, time to fill, conversion rates, hires, lower third-party agency utilization).
  • Manage a team of sourcers and provide ongoing support and development that continues to strengthen and grow the team s sourcing and recruiting abilities, ensuring the team has a high level of impact on the top of the funnel.
  • Manage the sourcing process including allocation of the workload across the sourcing team by overseeing the volume, activities and results.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives that target and identify talent for a wide range of roles, including hard-to-fill or niche positions.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing sourcing processes, procedures and systems.
  • Create and deliver sourcing training modules across Asia Pacific, to both sourcers and recruiters.
  • Identify best in class sourcing tools to support the sourcing strategy.
  • Identify external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques to maintain competitive edge.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to the Talent Acquisition leadership and business leadership by sharing market data, identifying and making recommendations on industry standards, market availability and talent shortages.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

We d love to hear from you if this applies to you:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience, across multiple functions and or multiple industries
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with a proven track record of building and coaching high performing passive recruiting/sourcing teams
  • Advanced understanding of sourcing techniques and tools to identify, nurture, and hire passive talent
  • Proven experience with the latest sourcing techniques
  • Proven experience in Talent Mapping, Research and Competitive Intelligence
  • Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • Track record of using metrics to drive performance
  • Proven data-driven approach to decision making
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work across all levels within an organization
Qualifications
