Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead to assess software quality through Manual & Automation Testing and will be responsible for finding & reporting bugs and glitches and Can handle a Team.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for details & excellent Software testing skills both Manual and Automation. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Write Functional, Integration and Regression test cases from the analysis of requirements document.
• Test Planning, Test Cases Preparation and Execution
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams & Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software

To Qualify for this role you should have below technical & functional skills sets.

• Candidate must have strong hands on experience of Manual/Automation Testing
• Should have excellent communication and Team leading skills.
• Experience in Writing Test Scenarios, Test cases and executing the same.
• Experience in building test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test scenarios
• Good Knowledge of white box testing and Black box testing.
• Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC) and bug lifecycle (BLC)
• Preference will be given to candidate who is available to join immediately
