Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Software Test Engineer to work with our company offering Testing services for various US clients. Successful candidates will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing Test Automation suits.
The Test Engineer must be proficient with one API Testing tool and a Functional Testing Automation Tool (preferably Selenium) and should be well versed with the various QA activities which will be carried out throughout the release lifecycle
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience testing business applications.
- Selenium with BDD or Hybrid Testing Framework or Data Driven Framework.
- Should be proficient at Python/Java and JavaScript.
- API Testing using tools such as Postman/SoapUI.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in working under Agile methodology.
- Experience in project management tools like Jira, TFS and ADO.
- Extensive experience in testing of Web and mobile Apps.
- Comprehending the BRDs, SRSs and FRDs.
- Experience in coordinating with onsite teams located in US geographic locations.
- Experience in Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience in using performance/load test tools such as JMeter etc.,
- Responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating testing activities including Test Case creation, debugging, execution, test analysis.
- Responsible for the execution of test scenarios for the projects/products under test.
- Familiarizing with the business functionality and technology used for assigned applications (under test)
- Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.
- Good experience in using all latest bug tracking tools and capability of adapting any new tool.
- Zeal to learn and adapt new tools

Automation Testing Selenium, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Test Scripting, Test Plans, API Testing, SOAP UI, JMeter, Ghost Inspector, Postman, Jenkins CI/CD, Git, Azure, AWS, SQL, Database Testing and Google Cloud.
Education: Candidates must have bachelors degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience
