Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment Process
- Detailed Intake Discussion with Hiring Manager understand the business requirement and agreed & report requirement specification.
- Provide market insight and advise business with respect to Talent Availability and position fitment.
- Search, connect, engage talent, considering the candidate has impactful experience with TCTS in the Recruitment process.
- Build Talent Pipeline through Active/Passive Sourcing
- Ensure mandatory check before any application process to further workflow.
- Talent Advocacy to hire an ideal candidate within quick turnaround time.
- Offer/Contract drafting and coordinating with multiple teams to roll out the correct letter to the prospective candidate.
- Regularly connect and engage candidates until they get oriented on the first day of joinin
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Expertise in sourcing Active/Passive Talent through the non-traditional method using a platform like LinkedIn, GitHub, headhunting, and others.
- Experience in hiring great people with Technical (preferably Telecom technologies) & Leadership skills.
- Equipped with ATS, HR System like Success factor (Recruiting module), SAP
- Have been experienced working in Matrix organization.
- Experience in hiring local talent in the respective location.
- Presentation and communication skills
Key Qualification:
- Education:: Bachelor/PG degree
- Experience: 2-6 years in recruitments
