Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End to End Recruitment Process
  • Detailed Intake Discussion with Hiring Manager understand the business requirement and agreed & report requirement specification.
  • Provide market insight and advise business with respect to Talent Availability and position fitment.
  • Search, connect, engage talent, considering the candidate has impactful experience with TCTS in the Recruitment process.
  • Build Talent Pipeline through Active/Passive Sourcing
  • Ensure mandatory check before any application process to further workflow.
  • Talent Advocacy to hire an ideal candidate within quick turnaround time.
  • Offer/Contract drafting and coordinating with multiple teams to roll out the correct letter to the prospective candidate.
  • Regularly connect and engage candidates until they get oriented on the first day of joinin

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Expertise in sourcing Active/Passive Talent through the non-traditional method using a platform like LinkedIn, GitHub, headhunting, and others.
  • Experience in hiring great people with Technical (preferably Telecom technologies) & Leadership skills.
  • Equipped with ATS, HR System like Success factor (Recruiting module), SAP
  • Have been experienced working in Matrix organization.
  • Experience in hiring local talent in the respective location.
  • Presentation and communication skills

Key Qualification:

  • Education:: Bachelor/PG degree
  • Experience: 2-6 years in recruitments
