Job Description
- You have experience in leading a team of min.10 Testers
- You have good hold on Visual dynamics/GUI verification to ensure proper functionality as per the specifications.
- You have good experience in Estimations, Planning, Task allocation and Team management
- You have good Selenium WebDriver knowledge and are able to write Test Script using Java/C#
- You have good BDD framework knowledge and are able to design and implement Cucumber or CodeceptJS
- You possess excellent communication skills and are Confident, articulate with proficient speaking abilities
- You have ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- You will be working on a futuristic no code low code platform
- You will provide Estimations, Planning, Task allocation and Team management
- You will be leading and managing a team of 10 testers
- Implement and maintain test cases and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing based on Business, Technical and Functional requirements
- Execute the test case and report defects
- Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters
- You will communicate directly with onsite Customer and Client partners
- 8 years of minimum experience as Software Tester
- 3 years of experience as Test Lead
- 2 years of proven experience in Automation Testing
- Experience in working "Hybrid Onsite/Offshore model
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
