Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a hybrid full stack web application developer, core responsibility is to design and develop a multi-tenant high performing, highly engaging web app on Salesforce Core Platform leveraging their latest java script framework LWC (Lightning Web Components). This app exposes a long list of big-data services and use-cases to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers, which will in-turn interact with a backend big-data system that ingests, processes and activates 10s of petabytes of data. This web-app will have many workflows, forms, and highly engaging data visualization/analytics components.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7+ of experience in design and development of feature rich UI products
• Expert on JavaScript and CSS fundamentals
• Deep understanding in any one of modern MVC frameworks and libraries such as LWC (Lightning Web Components), React, Angular, Vue, Ember, NodeJS, etc
• Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP ,HTML, CSS, XML ,JSON, and/or AJAX
• Hands-on experience with performance measurement, analysis, and optimization
• Understanding how a browser works. Solid understanding of web application performance engineering concepts, tools((i.e.ChromeDevTools, UIAutomator, UIProfiler etc), methodologies, metrics, and analysis
• Proficient with any one of the RDBMS systems like Oracle, PosgreSQL, MySQL (at least one). Experience with creating DB schemas to model Business requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to articulate, measure and solve issues. Passion for continuous improvement in building a knowledge base technically and professionally
• Experience with Agile development methodology and test-driven Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience balancing live site management, feature delivery, and retirement of technical debt
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any engineering discipline
