Job Description

Should have good experience of end to end US IT Staffing
Good Knowledge of Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop).
Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates , sourcing , recruiting , screening , reviewing consultant s resume / Skills , qualifying , assessing , negotiating rates & forward potential consultants resume along with all required details to the clients
Coordinating with vendor/client and consultants for interview schedules
