1. Full Stack Developer Java (4-8 yrs of experience)
2. Full Stack Developer - .NET (4-8 yrs of experience)
Roles:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Build products aligned to help our clients succeed in the industry
- Contribute to each step of the product development process from ideation to implementation to release, including rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, and driving solutions to be implemented using DevOps best practices such as continuous Integration, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery
- Work in cross functional teams (Squads) to drive effective creation of Minimum Viable Products that bring business value faster.
- Analyze large amount of activity data to drive the insight of user behavior and best way to identify relevant data and convert it into information aligned with business decision making.
- Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple product solution
- Run experiments on new and existing features. Ability to learn new technologies and influence the team and leadership to constantly implement modern solutions.
- Well-versed with automation, process improvement, SDLC process and other industry standard development practices.
Required skills:
- Experience in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building software products on multiple platforms and industries
- Experience building APIs for a rapidly iterating product
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages like : Java, JavaScript.
- Experience managing UX Human centered designs.
- Experience administering innovation with methodologies such as design thinking.
- Experience working on Agile Scrum and DevOps aligned delivery teams.
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
- Strong communication skills and great product sense
- Proficient communication skills verbal and written.
- Experience working with two or more from the following: Web Application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
1 Lead Full stack developers Java (8+ yrs of experience)
2. Lead Full Stack Developer NET (8+ yrs of experience)
- Interact with clients, Product Managers, and Developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models and designs that can be built.
- Hands on Technical experience on Enterprise solutions and technical frameworks
- Constantly review the code to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity, advocating clarity and to do this with the team.
- Collaborative working with a degree of humility and providing mentoring as required.
- Identify business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project.
- Design the entire system based on the received requirements.
- Choose the System Architecture and each individual component of the system.
- Provide Architectural runway to the Squads.
- Identify technologies for the implementation of each component and connections between the components.
- Control the Architecture during the iteration of the system.
- Expert in multiple skills and technologies is mandatory: Java EE including (Web Services, REST, JPA) Database (SQL server/ Oracle/ MySQL) Spring, Hibernate SOA, EDA, and design patterns Hands on exposure to Digital technologies and open source stack Expert in Cloud computing architecting, AWS, Azure noSQL (MongoDB and/ or Cassandra)
SKILLS:
- 10+ years of Experience in IT Industry, Developing, Defining and Solutioning Digital Applications.
- Deep experience with Java SE & Java/Jakarta EE (incl. core OOP concepts)
- Substantial skill with Spring technologies (incl. Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring REST, Spring Security)
- Experience with current JavaScript UI & web frameworks such as Angular 2+, React + Redux, or Vue.js; Angular 2+ preferred
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS (incl. AWS Lambdas & Step Functions), Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Heroku, Azure, etc.
- Experience with Agile development; comfortable working in 2- or 3-week sprints resulting in a working, potentially shippable product at the end of every sprint
- Experience with modernizing legacy Java web applications to current standards as well as deploying Java EE & Spring applications to enterprise application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic
- At Architect level, possess critical architecture skills including system design, project decomposition, estimating, and the ability to quickly grasp & suggest improvements to the structure & design of existing, complex systems. Ability to effectively mentor junior resources, provide technical thought leadership while collaborating with peers, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
