Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure new delivery executives undergo and complete On-the-job induction and training.
Ensure full compliance to operations standards.
Identify and close gaps in performance demonstrated by delivery executives through coaching.
Maintain data of delivery executives about their on the job training, assessments and field performance observation.
Ensure focussed refreshers for the non-performing delivery executives.
Motivate the delivery executive to enhance the performance.
Maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
Creating awareness of Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years experience in soft skill training with contact center
Certified Trainer from prestigious institutions shall be preferred
Should be Graduate.
Proficient in the English language
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
Expert in creating powerful PowerPoint presentation for training
