Role and Responsibilities

Played a Scrum Master role for large scale development and system integration of Broadcast Headend media systems from End to End and will be individually responsible for,

Finalize the future backlog list for Dev and Maintenance

Prioritize backlog list with product Owners.

Organize grooming with Solution architects and product owners

Facilitate dependency resolution during solutioning with customer and dependent component partners.

Ensuring Jira & Confluence updates

Participate in the Product Grooming meetings

Ensuring availability of Dev Ready tickets during n-1 Sprint

Hot fixes tracking in Jira

In Sprint facilitation (All Scrum Ceremonies)

Resolving all dependencies and impediments between various teams (Internal & External)

Ensuring Jira & Confluence updates

Facilitate Technical grooming between Solution Architects & Scrum Team

Prioritizing & Deprioritizing In Sprint Tasks

Facilitate the estimations for the tickets in sprint

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor/Master of Engineering with 8-10yrs of experience in enterprise server software, media streaming and cloud deployments

Understanding of software quality assurance principles

A technical mind set with great attention to detail

High quality organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Skills

Understanding of Video Domain, Managed teams in broadcast and Headend components E2E and worked on STB or streaming clients.

Having knowledge of business end of Head end components like BSS/OSS, Offers, Subscriber management, Video , load balancers, CDNs is definite plus

Tools Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira, Maven

Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Agile methodologies
