Urgent Requirement of Soft skill Trainers/Work @ Asian Institute

Job Description

• Ensure new delivery executives undergo and complete On-the-job induction and training.
• Ensure full compliance to operations standards.
• Identify and close gaps in performance demonstrated by delivery executives through coaching.
• Maintain data of delivery executives about their on the job training, assessments and field performance observation.
• Ensure focussed refreshers for the non-performing delivery executives.
• Motivate the delivery executive to enhance the performance.
• Maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
• Creating awareness of Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).

• Minimum of 3 years experience in soft skill training with contact center
• Certified Trainer from prestigious institutions shall be preferred
• Should be Graduate.
• Proficient in the English language
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Expert in creating powerful PowerPoint presentation for training
