Creating and posting job descriptions on various recruitment sites.
Networking for the company on social sites and creating awareness about the company's vacancies and events.
Shortlisting CVs based on skills and calling candidates for job interviews.
Interviewing candidates and assessing their performance. Communicating with the candidate throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with technical teams regarding requirements and forming a solid recruitment strategy.
