Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure liaison between Customer Service and Warehouse team.
Communicate with various departments to achieve interdepartmental mutual satisfaction.
Coordinate and monitor order Management.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Demonstrate the ability to balance with growing complexity and resolve by thinking out of the box.
Ability to function independently as well as in a team, multi-tasking in a high energy environment.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging issues, and escalating when necessary
