Job Description :

Who are we looking for

Business Analyst for an Insurance client based out of USA with Life & Annuities domain experience. L&A Business Analyst Lead (with Policy Administration System Life & Annuities Testing EXP). The Individual should be passionate about Life and Annuity business, technology, automations.

Technical Skills:

• 7+ yrs of Business Analysis (Life and Annuities / Property & Casualty / Commercial Insurance) EXP is MUST
• EXP in Life Insurance IT Projects - in driving / working with clients in Business Transformation journey
• Creating Business Process Flows - end to end for respective programs
• Ability to understand requirements and changes to requirements.

• Working with L&A Products/ Data Model in line with Annuities, Traditional Life & UL.
• creating L&A Product Specification & Performing / supporting Product Configurations.
• Handling projects in any Policy Administration System Life and Annuities

• Test Design (test scenarios, test cases and coverage), Test Execution, Test Reporting, Defects Tracking and Analysis
• Designing & Executing QA test cases; Submitting and retesting defects for QA
• Review and provide feedback to Test Plan/Strategy document
• Defect life cycle, test life cycle exposure
• Knowledge on Agile methodology is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• EXP in AFFIRM and FIRELIGHT, Third Party applications
• Familiar with EBIX VTXML tool to generate PPFA and PPFL files
