Job Description

Understand the business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications
Participate in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Customization and bug fix issues as per client requested
Propose and implement best in class solution for big and complex systems
Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
Provide technical solutions to the team
Propose innovative solutions for the existing problems of the Product
Stakeholder Management (Performing Technical Feasibility, Providing Project Status, Resolving Customer Queries, etc.)
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
Provide technical mentoring for team members, trouble shooting
Identify Process Gaps and drive Initiatives to address process Gaps
Take care of complete ownership of handling all priority issues and meet SLA
Required Qualification:
Core Java, KANA (CRM tool), Ciboodle framework, SOAP/Rest Web Service, JBOSS application server, Oracle DB, Splunk, Dynatrace or other monitoring tools
Preferred Qualification:
Angular, Spring boot, NoSQL DB, Cloud, DevOps model, CI/CD tools and other new technologies,
