Job Description
Experience in Project Management tools, Microsoft Project Plan etc.Strong and deep knowledge on framework .NET 2.0, 3.5/4.0 are mandatory.
C#, Asp.Net 2.0/Windows Forms, Web Service, AJAX, XML, HTML & Java script, SQL Server 2005/2008.
Ability to write complex SQL Queries/stored procedures, UDF s, Triggers etc.
Experience in leading technical team
Strong skills in evaluating software solutions, following Microsoft s best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns
Hands on experience with SQL Server 2008 and or 2012
Excellent communication skills to pass technical specification to team members
Must be a good team player
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
Experience in AgileScrum environment
Knowledge & Abilities:
Experience of Entire Software Development Life Cycle.
Involvement in complete life cycle of the project.
Knowledge of Design Patterns.
Should be highly skilled technical expert and must be able to design applications ranging from a simple form to a distributed critical enterprise applications.
Hands on experience in Dot Net application design and development.
Ability to train teams in usage of technology and deliver high quality user experience.
Experience in Disease management/US Health insurance domain will be added advantage.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn fast/learn new skills/understand domain.
Good communication skills.
Good trainer and mentor.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop the Project Plan
Coordination with all stake holders like development, QA, Hawkeye Operations, Hawkeye Clinical team, App Support team, vendors etc.
Monitor & Manage the Operational workflow
Change Management
Ensures Project Meets Requirements & Objectives
Resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects
Perform frequent meeting with all stake holders
Coordination with US counterpart BA s, Technical Staff, Conducting the Demos etc.
Conduct the workshops for mentoring the people on applications and domain
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
Total at least 8-10 years experience in the software industry, out of which 3-4 years experience as Technical Team Lead ,
