- log analysis Role & Responsibilities:
- Technical solution desigining using design patterns and UML diagrams
- Ensuring devlopment by team and adhering standard coding practice
- Estimation and planning in collaboration with PM.
- Ensure delivery quality (cost/schedule)
- Needs to adhere to committed delivery timelines
- Sharing status update to supervisors on time
- Customer interaction
- Needs to manage small group of resources 6-10 people and ensure their deliveries.
- Task distribution among team members
- Tracking of work deliverables by team
- Issue/log analysis and fixing
