AVPGM - Fund Raising - Kolkata @ ExecBoardinAsia

This roles expectation would be to contribute effectively to the office of Institutional Advancement in reaching the set goals. In the process of routine work, the chosen candidate would be interacting closely with Alumni s, Corporates , Foundations and Trusts and raise funds.

The role would be supported by the office team based in Chennai, and play an enabling role to achieve the fund raising goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet potential Alumni Donors, and engage them and lead them to donate
• Coordinate the visits of alumni to the campus and arrange for their meeting and interactions within the institute and Research Park/incubation.
• Periodically arrange for meetings with HNI alumni for the senior management team
• Enable alumni related events being organized
• Coordinate with the Chennai team on Chapter meets
• Identify large corporates with substantial CSR spends and engage them to fund education, research, support innovation and create infrastructure
• Identify and engage with large Trusts and Foundations and enable them to fund scientific and educational initiatives
• 'Work with large corporates on funding -Various infrastructures like labs, buildings etc. with naming rights benefit
• Coordinate in organizing CSR
• Enable meetings with CSR corporates for the senior management team
