Desired Candidate Profile
Roles and responsibilities
Skills* Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Webservices, Spring, AngularJS, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX.
* Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and J2EE framework and data architectures.
* Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems
* Understanding of SDLC (Agile preferred) with experience in working on complex and medium to large end-to-end projects as lead
* Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
* Hands on experience in Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers
* Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
* Sound communication skills
* Sound time management skills
* Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
* Sound interpersonal and team working skills
* Sound ability to take on multiple assignments
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Good problem solving skills
Responsibilities
* Own one or more modules of the project under development
* Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM
* Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
* Maintain high team morale.
* Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
* Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
* Promptly escalate issues affecting delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to PM
* Pay high attention to detail in all work.
* Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables
Education:
UG: Graduation Not Required,
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required,
