Job Description

Experience: Should have 3 - 5 years of experience.

Description:

Conduct Psychometric testing for the better understanding
Provide training to the educators as per the requirement provided
Arrange counselling sessions to the educators if required
Observe and evaluate the students for the need of counselling
Interact with the parent teachers about the students who are academically weak and /or with the behavioural issues, facilitate them for the better stability of the student.
Conduct psychometric testing if required with the consent of the parents
Listen to student queries and concerns and facilitate them to solve their classroom disputes and conflicts with peers as well as help them to cope with different situations.
Conduct career preferences test, aptitude test for grade 10 th which would help them tochannelize their areas of interests.
Testing learning style of a student for understanding of their preferences in learning and academics growth.
