Job Description

End-to-end ownership for Agency Partner (AP) performance
Organize run recruitment events for APs and LAs
Selection to onboarding of the APs and responsible for APs income
Ensure teams start getting productive quickly and start moving on the LA.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates only from Insurance are preferred.
Is expected to be an expert in the sales process
