Opening in Rekrut India Consulting Firm

Looking for BFSI Non IT Recruiter to handle mid-senior level mandates .

To handle end to end hiring , from sourcing , client handling , getting requirements , constant client engagement.

Candidate Management - collecting feedback , interview followup, selection confirmation , document collection , offer acceptance & joining.

To meet Monthly & Quarterly target assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

We need candidates from consulting background , who have chased targets & having experience in BFSI Non IT & IT sales hiring .

Candidates who have handled Senior level positions.

Candidates who are good in Mapping , Head hunting , Referencing , Linkedin Sourcing or any other sourcing strategy.
