Job Description:
- Provide solution to customer queries via email or calls.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
- Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
- Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required
Desired Profile:
- Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
- Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Qualification - Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Our Requirement:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Male Candidates Only.
- Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
- Should be okay with rostered week offs
Note:
- Candidates who have appeared for the interview within 6 months are not eligible to apply
- Graduation should be complete with no backlogs pending.
- We are currently providing the flexibility to work from home, however the same would be regular office post few months basis situation.
