About the Role

What the Candidate Will Do

 Manage day-to-day performance of the BPO vendors for global safety and compliance and outsourced quality programs Partner with key internal partners on projects, program performance and continuous improvement of assigned programs Play a key role in ensuring growing global business, partnering with other regional vendor operations managers Play a key role on the larger global outsourcing team in managing complex projects Develop strong relationships with internal program teams that require global network resources to enable their strategic goals

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

Manage metrics for BPO outsourcing Negotiate with BPO leadership around metrics---- Basic Qualifications ----Graduation (Bachelors) Minimum 4-6 years of Vendor Management experience in a global footprint/delivery environment Highly developed analytical and reporting skills, as well as fast decision-making

 Highly results-focused, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence in complex matrix environment Strong written and verbal communication skills English Proficiency
