Job Description
Hiring for HDFC Sales Officer- AhmedabadJob Summary
Candidate will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography, and maintain good relationship with sources, achieving efficiency of assigned geography and sources there by achieving the desired productivity expected by the company.
Location - Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Shift Timings - 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days - 6 Days
Off Days: SUN
Note:3rd Saturday will be off
Salary Offered -1.5 Lac to 1.8 Lac (annually)
Incentives - PF & ESIC, Incentives - monthly average Incentive earning potential in the range of Rs.25000- 35000.
Education - Graduation degree mandatory
Experience -1 yr to 5 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
Sales Exp of Home Loan and Other Banking Products Sales only.
Ownership - Bike/Scooter
Communication - Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write and Excellent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:
Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.
2. Source Relationship Management:
Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.
3. Maintain Reports:
Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.
4. Channel Partner Recruitment:
Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner
5. Team Huddle:
Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
7. Completion of File:
Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and information.
Candidate Eligibility:
1. The candidate must be a graduate pass out from any stream.
2. Should be having minimum 1 Year of experience in sales (insurance & home loans preferred)
3. The job requires extensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travel within the city.
4. Candidate must have good communication skills.
