We have Urgent Opening for Yes Bank Phone Banking Officer (Telesales Process in Yes Bank )

Designation : Phone Banking Officer (Outbound Sales)

Product: Mutual Fund

Shift Time : 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Week Off: Sunday is fixed off

Payroll: 3rd Party Payroll (Plada Infotech)

Location - Airoli ( Navi Mumbai)

Qualification - Any Graduation/ Post Graduation

Roles and Responsibility:

Representative will Educate customer regarding product offering.
Document all customer interactions in the appropriate database Enhance customer for Product and cross sale

Skills Required :
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written.

Must be Task , team and dead line oriented.
