Desired Candidate Profile

1.Planning, scheduling and executing Recruitment strategy including Campus recruitment.

2. Keeping Track of open positions across all branches and putting efforts to close the position within TAT.

3. Creating Job description of all the positions across all verticals.

3. Sourcing candidates from all channels and schedule interviews with respective functional heads.

5. Identifying the Universities, colleges and institutes for the campus visit.

6.Coordinating with the branches for the manpower plan and checking the availability of the panel members for the interview process.

4.Travelling and conducting the drives at various locations - pan India.

5.Campus relationship and employer branding with the chosen colleges for the recruitment drive.

6.Shortlisting and negotiating salary.

7.Joining formalities of the selected candidates.

8.Maintaining records, data and conducting analysis of the same.
