Job Description
Manage the Clinical Solutions Delivery from end-end from Global
Manage the Capacity and Demand planning
Strategy planning on Capability building (Domain & Technology)
Architecture and Solution support on the Clinical Platform
Drive innovation and business solutions for client s line of businesses
Oversee solutions budget and resources allocated for delivery project(s) in Clinical Solutions
Track and drive the MBO s for Clinical
Proactively drive Agile Maturity, create accountable roles and independent Global POD teams
Enable DevOps Maturity by driving CI/CD, Automation and Continuous Monitoring initiatives to achieve program objectives
Oversee Talent Transformation for the span, aligning to engineering organization structure
Deliver agreed upon requirements, meet project timelines, maintain GREEN project health status, deliver high quality data analysis and interfaces, and maintain a positive project budget
Drive consistent usage of standards, methods, tools and development environment within the team of teams
Contribute towards building a high performing team by demonstrating trust with individuals, committing to team decisions and action plans, holding team members accountable for delivering as per the agile team plans, focusing on collaborative outcomes and collective team results
Ensure timely and accurate compliance to enterprise processes
Complete timely and accurate progress reports to support executive reviews (i.e. monthly operations review, monthly business review, weekly status report)
Drive innovations in the scope of work accountable and contribute to enterprise value levers
Collaborate with business operations to generate smart ideas, propose technology solutions to bring efficiency, improve quality and deliver business improvement values
B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
14+ years of IT experience in Java, J2EE technologies working in different roles like Tech Lead/Architect, Tech Delivery Manager roles (not more than 18 years of experience)
Experience of working in a global environment and managing the capabilities from Global teams
Experience in solution and architecture for large scale applications
Experience in working on complex projects and handling team of 100+ (Past experience of people management in engineering organization/environment)
Experience working on Cloud Based Applications
Prior experience in Healthcare and Clinical (Health Insurance perspective)
Agile development experience
Expertise on Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts, Design Patterns and UML artifacts
Good working knowledge in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, ORM technologies (Hibernate/iBatis/JPA)
DevOps Tools and well versed with CI/CD process
Ability to do Strategy planning, Demand and Capacity management
Ability to manage the stakeholder relations
Excellent communication and written skills
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in Provider domain (EMR, HIE, HL7, etc.)
