Process : Banking Process , Sales Process , AR Process , / Medical Billing Process, help desk , insurance. Work Location: Bangalore.

Salary Package: 2.20 to 5.5L PA

Cab Services: Free Pick & Drop

Rounds of Interviews: HR Round & Manager Round

Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)

Provide World Class Customer Service.

End to Transaction of Reports.

Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.

Skills.

Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.

Graduates or Undergraduates fresher or with BPO exp. Experience (0-5yrs).

10/10+2/10+3 any graduates 2018 fresher's can appear for interview.
