Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for end to end Recruitment
Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening, Identifying, Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic.
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers
Sourcing from Job portals, Employee referral, Social media etc.
