Below is the requirement.

Role: Azure Technical support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

NOTE- IMEEDIATE JOINERS ONLY MAX 15DAYS

Responsibilities:

• At least 4 years of IT or Technical Support experience.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge on ticketing system.
• Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in technical /product /software support, systems development, network operations, IT admin, IT consulting, or any customer-facing work experience
• Experience with Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate and System Center Data Protection Manager.
• Working knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMWare, Hyper-V etc.
• Working knowledge of Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS and VSS Writers.
• Experience in system development, network operations, software support or I.T. consulting
• Industry experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems both current and legacy (preferred) and System Center Suite
• Strong technical troubleshooting experience with any data protection software(Backup, Replication or Migration products)
• Strong knowledge of network management, Disk management in Linux and Windows servers.
• Exposure and experience working with customers on Microsoft Cloud products such as Azure and Office 365
