Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines 2.Overall responsibility of hiring of onroll and offroll employees
3. Coordinating with the candidates for scheduling interviews, getting compensation documents, reference check.
4. Ensure completion of preboarding documentation of all the offered candidate to ensure smooth onboarding of new employee.
5. Build candidate database for future requirements.
6. Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees
7. Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes
8. Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
9. Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries
10. Ensure basic HR hygiene and support IR team on compliance issues
11.Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
12. Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees
Education Requirement : Master's Degree in Human Resources
Experience Requirement : 4 - 8 years (Non IT Recruitment Experience)
