Test Automation Engineering, Professional @ Fiserv

Job Description

• Be responsible for automation testing of Fiserv's Banking suite of products.
• Conduct testing of software in accordance with Bank Solutions SDLC resulting in software releases that meet client and Fiserv expectations on quality and timeliness.
• Create and execute Automated Functional tests using C# (VS), Winapp, Appium and Selenium.
• Create detailed automated test suites using test automation frameworks.
• Setup test bed before testing by installing and configuring applications.
• Follow process and procedure defined for automation testing (Create detailed test cases and scenarios, test plans, automation scripts, estimation and documentation etc.).
• Ability to analyze, discuss and report defects and program variances from automation testing to management and development teams. Identify and escalate customer related issues through appropriate internal channels to ensure timely resolution.
• Document and review test results with project team to validate that all business and technical requirements have been met and will be covered with our testing process.
• Validate the quality of the product and confirm completion of assignments to meet beta/release deadlines.
• Research & troubleshoot problems to find solutions by utilizing available resources including co-workers, documentation and tools and share knowledge within team.
• Execute medium/large complex projects in automation testing (perform execution, analysis, verification and report final test results to project stakeholders).
• Contribute to continuously enhance the existing automation test suites in accordance to software releases, maintenance releases and storybooks.
• Ensure compatibility with existing product features and interfaces to other product lines.
• Report project metrics, attend meetings, daily & weekly status.
• Keep project coordinator/manager informed on all project statuses. This may include special reporting needed for high priority or management escalated issues.
