Job Description


A position demands following : Taking complete ownership of monthly despatches which includes alignment with : o Customers for their priorities o Business technical colleagues on the basis of customer requirements (both Local & Overseas) & targeted margins. o Factory for monthly production plan in relation to the above mentioned requirements of Customers and business colleagues o Transporter for hassle free deliveries o Factory for timely despatch clearances Performing Collection related activities as follows : o Prepare Monthly collection plan in alignment with the Business technical team o Ensure timely Collection by regular follow-ups with Customers (both Govt & Non-Govt) o To carry out required visits to the Govt offices of Indian Railways for resolving the collection interruption if any e.g. MB filling and submission, Bill submission or any other reqd tasks o Monitoring and presenting the collection status updates from time to time. o Ensure rigorous follow-ups for collection against sticky and OD debtors incl. collection against SD, Retention & TDS collection. Performing Bank Guarantees related activities as follows : o Initiate BG as per customer requirement mentioned as in the LOA/Orders o Ensure timely co-ordination with technical team of business, CF, Customer & Bank and consequent submission to Customer. o Ensure monitoring of ongoing BGs and timely recall and also the closure. Performing Project related activities as CPM as follows : o Go thru and understanding the scope and terms / conditions of the contract agreement o Ensure related BG submissions against the project o Initiating application for Insurance o Initiating application to obtain the Labor License in alignment with the business technical team o Taking ownership for ensuring the timely project reviews and related monitoring o Ensure alignment for Cost optimization and taking initiatives for margin improvement o Take ownership of all project allied documentation for smooth closure o Initiate timely closure of all the individual projects Providing regular updates to management on progress of key KPIs e.g. OV, Revenue, Profit, Collection & FCF Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
