Job Description

• Should have 8-10 years of overall experience with minimum 6 years as Functional & Technical expert on Adobe Analytics.
• Implementing/Instrumentation of Adobe Analytics for new sections/micro-sites/websites/resources, using tag management (Dynamic Tag Manager - DTM)/Legacy Javascript Implementation.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with external vendors 3rd party integrations (e.g. Optimizely, Chat services(live person), CRM(SalesForce), Marketing automation tool(Marketo) etc.
• Experience in Front-end technologies - Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery
• Requirement gathering from business users to understand Key business requirements (KBRs) and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating/updating Adobe Analytics SDR's and developing and implementing code for the same.
• Experience in QA of Tag implementation using testing tools (Any of the following - Charles, WASP, Fiddler, Httpfox, FireBug and other JavaScript debugger) and build testing strategy of Adobe Analytics Tags
• Well versed with Conversion rate optimization (CRO) using A/B testing (Creating/Managing/Reviewing and Reporting using Optimizely).
• Maintaining and supporting the existing implementations, Creating dashboards and do day to day analytics review, reporting and recommend changes and improvements in website and campaigns to improve maximum visibility and generate high volume of traffic, regular audit of websites based on SEO best practices & get necessary SEO changes to drive qualified organic traffic.
• Creating dashboards that track KPIs for marketing initiatives, evaluating campaign ROI, performing ad hoc analysis
• Performance review all inbound & outbound campaign's ROI and Establishing benchmarks to give additional context for improving the business
