In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
Must have exposure in procurement from China
Familiarity with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal risk

Basic financial analysis and management costs accounting skills

People Leader
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree / Masters in Supply Chain Management, Material Management
15 18 years of experience in the agro chemical industry and minimum 3 -5 years in procurement experience from China is desired.
Willingness to travel as and when required, visiting suppliers to conduct suppliers evaluation and negotiation
Inventory Management and knowledge on Import Export is a must
Proven contract management skills
