High proficiency with the use schematic design tools (e.g. Allegro) and EM simulation tools (HFSS/ADS) Experience with high-speed RF measurements and characterization equipment Experience with designs that employ bare-dies, and good background in the different microelectronic assembly techniques (e.g., wire-bonding and flip chipping) Strong fundamentals in EM and RF such as impedance matching, S-parameters Working experience of optical transceivers in a bonus Programming skills in LabView, Python, or Matlab for test purposes is a bonus Circuit design and high speed simulations utilizing Ansys HFFS 3D solver or Keysight ADS
