1) Perform 1st level technical support which includes troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, servers, switches and routers, printers, network storage systems etc. 2) Perform system monitoring for system application and hardware health status 3) Provide helpdesk function to users 4) Support system engineers in various daily, weekly and monthly preventive tasks. 5) Generate and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies 6) Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
